David Triemert

Author. Thinker. Truth-teller.

I write about the illusions that quietly shape our lives — power, identity, authority, and the stories we inherit but rarely question.

This work isn’t about motivation or self-improvement. It’s about seeing clearly, reclaiming sovereignty, and living from what’s real — what was always your birthright.

This is not for everyone.

Most people sense that something about the world no longer adds up.
Fewer are willing to stay with that recognition long enough to let it change how they live.

This work is not designed to reassure, motivate, or persuade.
It does not offer certainty, belonging, or answers that fit neatly into existing systems of belief.

It is for those who have already begun to see — and are no longer interested in pretending otherwise.

If this language feels unnecessary or heavy, this is not a mistake.
This work simply isn’t meant for everyone.

The Work

Our Grand Illusion is not an exposé or a call to action.
It does not trade in outrage, panic, or persuasion.

It examines how authority, fear, and identity are constructed — socially and internally — and how much of what we accept as “normal” quietly works against us.

The book does not ask you to adopt a new worldview.
It asks you to look more carefully at the one you are already living inside.

About the book

I no longer maintain an open coaching practice.

On rare occasions, I work with individuals who are no longer seeking clarity, direction, or answers — but are ready to live in alignment with what they already know.

For most people, the writing is the work.

I work with people only where the work can be lived, not just talked about.

Working with me

If you are looking for guidance, reassurance, or a path to follow, there are many places to find it.

If this resonates and doesn’t easily go away, you already know the next step.
